Goa is surrounded by Karnataka and Maharashtra. Terekhol river separates it from Maharashtra in North, Karnataka State in the East and South and Arabian Sea is in the West. The Goa lies on the Indian Western Coast and is around 594 Km away from Mumbai city (by road).

Kangchenjunga, the India’s highest mountain and world’s third-highest peak is located in Sikkim. Gangtok is the capital of Sikkim state and also the largest city of the state. UNESCO World Heritage Site the Khangchendzonga National Park, covers around 35% area of the state.

Economy of Sikkim

Agriculture and tourism are the major contributors in the economy of Sikkim. The state has the third-smallest GDP among Indian states as per data of 2014. The clean city, snow-covered mountains, valleys, rivers and flower garden are some tourist places which also contributes to the economy for the state.
