SHO full form is Station House Officer. An SHO is the head or individual in charge of a local police station. They are responsible for overseeing the activities of the police station and maintaining law and order within their designated region. The emblem that signifies their position within the division is three stars on their shoulder strap. Under their leadership, a team of Constables, Head Constables, and Sub-Inspectors (SI) work together.
Duties of an SHO
